This lecture will be a great resource for academics, students, researchers, educators, and fashion business owners hoping to  learn and gain insight into sustainability can be integrated into business practice.
For our first Guest Lecture of the year, we are very excited to be joined by Sennait Ghebreab and Daniele D’Orazi from the Istituto Marangoni School of Fashion, presenting ‘The sustainability opportunity for fashion brands in the post-COVID scenario’. The session will be perfect for academics, students, researchers, educators, and fashion professionals interested in integrating sustainability into the core of brand practises. About the speakers
Sennait Ghebreab is an esteemed fashion professional with 12 years of experience working in the fashion industry, specialising in fashion business, communication, and marketing. Sennait holds industry experience in buying and wholesaling for several brand names. She is currently the course leader for the fashion business, buying, and communications courses at the Istituto Marangoni in London. Her teaching focuses on broadening perspectives on the fashion industry, pushing boundaries and supporting innovative ideas.
Daniele D’Orazi is a seasoned fashion professional with a background in political science and sociology. He holds an MA in media and communications. Daniele’s lengthy portfolio showcases global experience in the fashion industry with expertise in journalism, photography, and marketing. Daniele currently teaches digital marketing and online branding for luxury brands at the Istituto Marangoni in Italy. His teaching focuses on innovation, sustainability and corporate social responsibility.
